Non-availability on Delivery

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package two times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.


satwavesystems.com endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition. If you’ve had an incorrect product delivered to you (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation), if you find that you’ve made an error with size (for clothing), or if the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we will be happy to exchange your product for a replacement.

If you would like to exchange a piece of clothing for a different size or have received a defective product please write to us within 1 day of delivery. We will be happy to, following a quality check, offer you a refund which will be processed in 7-10 working days. Products cannot be exchanged or returned for reasons other than the above.

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are two failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient. Once received, our team will study the need for return or exchange, and based on their jurisdiction the exchange request will be processed.

To return or exchange a product or report any damages in transit please get in touch with our customer care within 1 day of delivery at 011-40144558 from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (ist) (Saturday- Sunday closed) or email us at info@satwavesystems.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and an image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our customer care team will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.

Easy online domestic returns and exchanges

It’s easier than you think. Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail:

1.on the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) that you’re returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.

2.pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.

3.courier the parcel back to us:
